Anna Mercer

My name is Anna! I am a college instructor at the University of Arkansas. The U of A is located in Fayetteville, AR, about 2 hours east of Tulsa. At the university, I teach English composition classes. Composition really just means writing, so I help college students learn different ways to write. This is my 4th year teaching writing classes. I love my job because I get to work with so many students, who all have their own stories to tell (and their own ways of telling those stories). I have an undergraduate degree in Communication & Journalism from Truman State University, and a master's in English from the U of A. In addition to teaching, I also work for a non-profit, where I help tell stories that will connect with donors and make a difference.
