I am a transplanted Canadian who married an American from New York. I am now a citizen and have lived in Oklahoma for 11 years. My wife and I have 4 kids (5th by late February). My wife is a trauma surgeon here in Tulsa. I am a former meteorologist who worked for Environment Canada for 5 years before going back to school at OSUIT and graduating from the Culinary Arts program. I worked up to the sous chef (under chef) position at the Philbrook Museum, and now own a restaurant - Bodhi’s Bowl - for the past 7 years.
